Details

The Alsa Egg Pastry Flan is ideal for finding a very thick custard at home! Each flan is prepared with 1.5 L of milk. To vary the pleasures, just add cherries, dried apricots, chocolate chips ... Directions: - Butter a round non-stick mold with high edges, 24 - 26cm (9.5 - 10") in diameter - Pre-heat your oven to 180°C (356°F) - Pour 1/2L (2 cups) of milk into a bowl, then gradually adding the contents of 1 packet while stirring with a whisk - Turn the stove on medium heat, and bring to a boil while stirring so that the mixture doesn't stick to the bowl - Once the mixture has a thick consistency, pour it into your mold and place it in your oven for 35 minutes (or 45 minutes if using a traditional oven) - Let it cool, and enjoy
