Three mix for French Pastry Cream with recipe on the box. Add only 500ml of milk to this preparation and get a delicious custard in just 5 minutes! Smooth, it will allow you to succeed with all your desserts: flans, cabbage, creams, pies ... Ingredients: Sugar, Corn Flower Maïzena® (corn starch): 30%, potato starch, a thickener: xanthan gum, flavors, colorings: riboflavin and annatto. May contain: gluten, milk, egg. (13.8oz/ 390gr) Directions: - In a saucepan, bring 1/2L (2 cups) of milk to a boil - Once the milk begins to strongly boil, remove it from the heat and immediately add the contents of 1 packet to the pan - Stir with a whisk until you're left with a thick and smooth crème - Pour the crème into a bowl to let it cool, stirring occasionally - Cover the bowl and place it in your fridge for at least 30 minutes, so that the crème thickens - Stir it one last time, and enjoy
