100% Duck, French-style with a rich flavor and seasoned with red wine and black peppercorn. It is dry-cured, fermented, and then aged for two months. Certified Cage-Free, Antibiotic-Free, Hormone-Free.
Wine Pairings: Vaqueyras, Shiraz, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Croze-Hermitage
Ingredients: Duck Meat, Nonfat Dry Milk, Sea Salt, water, dextrose, sodium, caseinate, wine, spices, sodium nitrite, sodium erythorbate and lactic, acid starter culture.
