Details
At the "Ferme de Jouvence", the milk of 130 cows and 600 goats is raised and processed. The animals are fed with products grown on the farm and their milk is neither skimmed nor standardized for making cheese. The farm is invested in its environmental approach since it has been ISO 14001 certified since 2006. The taste is succulent, ripe, rich and creamy with a possible hint of apple. (250g/8.8oz)
