Regarded as a classic, to cook with carrot, Toulouse sausages ,Ventreche, canard sausages, veal, lamb and poultry. These tiny peas are cooked as cold with asparagus tips or artichoke hearts, as well as in a macedoine -- Stove Top : Bring water to full boil in a covered saucepan.
