Fozen Quenelles -
Cooking Instructions:
Heat the oven for 5 minutes to 210°C/410°F.
Arrange the French quenelles buns on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes.
Open the quenelles buns lengthwise with a knife and add a filling of your choice (lobster meat, cream cheese and salmon, pulled pork... or serve the quenelles buns with a sauce (tomato, cream and mushrooms, Bechamel or Nantua sauce).
