Our oven-ready Potato Dauphine are prepared following a classic French recipe mixing the creamy mashed Bintje Potato with flour and fresh eggs. Their unique taste and delicate texture will delight the gourmet eater. These Potato Dauphine can be used in many recipes as a side dish. Product of Belgium Cooking Directions : Oven: Preheat oven to 390°F. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place sheet on middle shelf oven and bake for 10 minutes (or until desired color). Turn potatoes half way through baking. Fryer: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry the frozen potatoes for about 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on paper towel or metal strainer and serve.
