Our green lentils of the Lauragais are cooked with zucchini, onions, tomatoes, garlic, marjoram, oregano and thyme. It is a mild and tasty dish, prepared with a pinch of salt.

This is a family enterprise based in southwest France, called Karine & Jeff.
