Due to the fragility, but also the type of products we sell, we do not accept returns. Unless the products have been damaged during the shipping or if the products are not in conformity with your order, you may be able to return them with an authorization. Please use the "Orders and Returns" link in the account section No returns are accepted without a RMA.

All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment or replaced with a new item. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

For your orders placed from Friday to Sunday, we will ship them on Monday in Overnight, so you will get them on Tuesday.

All your orders placed before 2:00 pm (Pacific Time)  will be shipped in 2 Day from Monday to Wednesday !

For your orders placed from Thursday to Sunday, we will ship them on Monday in 2 Day, so you will get them on Wednesday.

All your orders placed before 2:00 pm (Pacific Time)  will be shipped in 2 Day from Monday to Wednesday !

For your orders placed from Thursday to Sunday, we will ship them on Monday in 2 Day, so you will get them on Wednesday.

6 / For all the other states of USA

Your orders will be shipped via FedEX, UPS or USPS. 

For orders containing dry and refrigerated or frozen items, you may receive 2 differents packages. Indeed, to keep your perishable items safe, we'll ship those ones in Overnight or 2 Day services, handled in special liners to keep them cold.

The non perishable items might be shipped in a different box, in ground service. You will then receive 2 differents tracking numbers.

From Monday to Friday, orders are shipped within 24 hours, unless backordered.

On Saturday and Sunday, your order will ship on Monday.

For orders with perishable items placed before 2:00 PM (Pacific Time), there will ship by Fedex Overnight from Monday to Thursday or by Fedex 2Day from Monday to Wednesday.

Once you get your order, we recommend our customers to place the frozen items in the freezer and the refrigerated ones in the refrigerator. 

If a product is defrost, we recommend to place it in the refrigerator and use it in the 5 following days.

$25 FLAT RATE SHIPPING GROUND OVER $75 FOR DRY ITEMS UP TO 8LB and will be $35 under.  FOR FROZEN AND FRESH ITEMS, Shipping costs will depend of the shipment method you will choose!
