Distillerie du Perigord Caribbean Rum cannelés come from a traditional recipe based on eggs, flour, milk and butter. The cannelés are then macerated in an Armagnac carefully chosen for its typical flavors. Our cannelés can be enjoyed as a dessert with coffee or tea.
