Placing orders on our website is very easy, as easy as 1-2-3 !

Find the products that you need. Click the add to basket button, you will be directed to the Basket to check the contents of your order. From the Basket screen you can increase the quantity or remove products. If you would like to add more products to your basket, click the Continue Shopping Button.

When you are done adding products to your basket, click the check out button. Next fill in your shipping and Billing information. Click the continue button when you are done.

Then you will be asked to pick a shipping and payment method. At the end of the checkout process an invoice will appear on the screen. You will be now done placing your order!
When you place an order with Euro Food Depot online store you will instantly receive an email confirmation when the checkout is complete. The Euro Food Depot Order Number on the confirmation is the best way to reference your order if you need help.
When we designed our business process and systems at Eurofooddepot.com, our goal was to save you time by quickly processing your order. The moment you submit your order, you can expect that we are immediately working to get it out to you as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that there is a very tight window in the time between your order submission and transmittal to our Fulfillment Warehouse. Once your order has been sent to and processed by the Fulfillment Warehouse, we regret that we are unable to change the details of the order. The delivery choice is yours. Select your option ; We will take care of the rest. Our delivery options include Standard Shipping, Third business day and Next Business Day. To ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by :

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange, refund (with receipt) or merchandise credit within 10 days of purchase.

Please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Approval Number.
Returned Items without approval will not be refunded.
All items must be returned unopened and unused in original packaging for refund or exchange.
At Euro Food, we do everything for the satisfaction of our customers. If you happen to be not entirely satisfied, you can return any of our non-perishable products within 15 days of purchase. All you have to do is to ship the product back to our return address in pristine and unopened condition. We’ll even reimburse your shipping cost if you enclose a copy of the receipt! However perishable items cannot be refunded for practical reasons.
